Our minimum order is 10 pairs

+ What is your lead time?

Our lead time is around 4-5 weeks from when you order

+ Can I buy 1 pair of custom sliders?

Yes you can but it will come with a premium cost.

+ What sizes do you do?

+ Do your sliders fit true to size?

Yes but please make sure you've checked out size chart before ordering!

+ Can I have my initials on my sliders?

Yes! For an extra £1.50 per pair, you can have your initials on your sliders!

+ Does everyone have to have initials in the order?

No, not everyone has to have initials

+ How many initials can we have on our slides?

Up to 3 initials

+ How much is postage?

Postage is free to one address!

+ Can I have any design?

The strap can be any design as long as you have permission to use the logo

+ What sole colour options are there?

Any colour you like as long as you can provide the Pantone number.

+ Can I emboss my logo?

Yes this design can be used.

+ Do you post internationally?

Yes, extra costs may apply - we will let you know

+ Will the Slide Tribe logo be on my design?

No you can have the slide tribe logo removed.

+ How do I order?

Fill in the 'Design Your Slider' form on our website. We’ll then get a mock up back to you for you to show the team/ club. Next, you’ll need to collate the order from the club. When you’re ready to order, head over to Order Online. Once we’ve received payment, we’ll get your order into manufacturing!
